Fee Structure
The client pays a fixed monthly salary to the worker, and the agency may charge a one-time placement fee or a monthly service fee (as a percentage of the salary).
Example:
Maid/Housekeeper: PKR 20,000–40,000/month
Watchman/Security Guard: PKR 25,000–50,000/month
Cook: PKR 25,000–60,000/month
Driver: PKR 30,000–60,000/month
Charged based on hours or days worked.
Example:
Maid/Janitor: PKR 500–1,500/hour
Event Staff (Waiters/Helpers): PKR 2,000–5,000/day
Cook: PKR 1,500–3,000/hour
Clients pay a fixed monthly or yearly fee for continuous staffing support.
Example:
PKR 10,000–20,000/month per staff provided (in addition to salaries).
The agency charges a commission (5–20%) on the worker’s first monthly salary or annual salary.
For skilled labor (e.g., nurses, electricians, plumbers), the rates can be customized based on the job’s complexity.
Example:
Plumber/Electrician: PKR 2,000–5,000 per visit or job.
Factors Influencing Charges
Type of Staff: Skilled workers (e.g., cooks, drivers) cost more than unskilled workers (e.g., sweepers).
Location: Rates in metropolitan areas (e.g., Islamabad, Karachi) are higher than smaller towns.
Experience and Expertise: Charges increase with the worker’s experience level.
Shift Timings: Night shifts or 24/7 services cost more.
Number of Staff: Discounts can be offered for bulk hiring.
Additional Services: Background checks, training, or uniforms can add to the cost.
Additional Charges
Background Verification: PKR 2,000–5,000 per worker.
Training Services: PKR 5,000–10,000 per worker.
Uniforms or Equipment: Charged separately, if required.
